Jamie Murray has been surfing and building surfboards on the Northcoast for the last ten years, specializing in glide-oriented shapes that are finely tuned for our demanding conditions. Although he has handshaped everything from sub-five-foot discs to outer bar guns, his designs are noted for their ability to transform wave energy into glide and trim. All of his boards are glassed, sanded, and polished by Leslie Anderson at Fatty Fiberglass in Ft. Bragg, whose resin color work is beyond compare. Jamie and Leslie are the only two people involved in the production of these unique boards, and their obsessive attention to detail results in high-performance works of individual art. Jamie is proud to carry on the California tradition of local handshapers making custom equipment for stoked Northcoast surfers.
